PERSONAL TRAINING at www.bodyology.co.uk
Roger and Claire are two of the most professional personal trainers I have had the pleasure to work with, to treat as patients, and to be a client of!

If you need performance gains or you need to properly recover from a spinal or musculoskeletal pain episode (so as to prevent recurrence, or just to get over the pain episode) then you must improve your basic physical strength and coordination. Only by doing so, can you be said to be properly better.
Alternative approaches such as pilates may not be effective in some cases (remember, pilates was designed originally for very fit dancers), but resistance & aerobic exercise done the ‘bodyology’ way works for almost all.
There is little doubt in my mind that personal training with experts like Roger and Claire is the fastest and most reliable way to safely achieve these performance and strength gains.
I can wholeheartedly recommend them as practitioners and as people to work with.
Their website is http://www.bodyology.co.uk/, and they are based in Bracknell.

BUTEYKO / BREATHING DISORDERS
Dysfunctional breathing patterns cause or aggravate a host of disorders. These problems can range from asthma to rhinitis to fatigue syndromes.
If you are grappling with trying to help any chronic or persistent problem, and avoid being passively dependent on medication, then it is important to exclude or treat chronic hidden hyper-ventilation dysfunction (CHHD).
Improving vitality through correcting poor breathing can then either help the problem directly, or give your physiology a better function so it can then cope with disorder elsewhere.
Michael Lingard at http://asthmacarekent.co.uk/ is an experienced practitioner, ex-osteopath and now specialist in the diagnosis and treatment of breathing disorders. He can help either via his clinic, or through telephone or skype consultations.
