Sleep and Study ...

More and more obvious that the fundamentals requirements of a healthy mind and body are:

  • Sleeping well
  • Breathing well
  • Exercising well
  • Eating only as much as you need
  • Eating the right type of food
  • Drinking adequate water
  • Working with a goal in mind
  • Being part of a good group

I’m going to think about this list quite a lot …
