Sleep and Study ...
Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at 3:23PM More and more obvious that the fundamentals requirements of a healthy mind and body are:
- Sleeping well
- Breathing well
- Exercising well
- Eating only as much as you need
- Eating the right type of food
- Drinking adequate water
- Working with a goal in mind
- Being part of a good group
I’m going to think about this list quite a lot …
