The Sunningdale Osteopathic Clinic is ideally situated for patients in the Sunningdale, Sunninghill, Ascot, Windlesham, Bagshot, Lightwater, Chobham, Virginia Water and Egham areas, but is only 15-20 minutes or so from further areas such as Bracknell, Windsor and Staines.
We are only 5 minutes walk from Sunningdale station, and only a 5 minute drive from Ascot station. There is plenty of car parking immediately outside the clinic entrance. The clinic is on the ground floor.

Osteopathy is effective at new and older pains in any part of the body. Spinal pain and problems are generally about 50% of what we treat, but we can also help other joint and muscular problems elsewhere in the body, which themselves are often heavily influenced by the way your spine works.

Osteopathy does try to fix the underlying problem by helping the spine and body work properly. The symptoms of not working properly (pain, aches, stiffness etc.) then improve or go away. This is a very different approach from more traditional NHS approaches.
